Gerald and S.O.S. Air Conditioning are the absolute best. One cannot ask for better service, more honest people, and a company that delivers MORE than they promise! They are reliable, punctual and truly have the customer’s best interest at heart. Gerald and his crew have saved my personal “ships” on more than one occasion. Once I was hosting a dinner for 15 people and my a/c went out. Even though it was a Friday evening, Gerald came over and got the a/c working and saved my party. On another occasion while I was out of town, a tenant’s a/c stopped working in the heat of summer. The tenant was calling every hour, which I discovered when my plane landed . I called Gerald the next morning, only to find out he was out of town too. No worries from S.O.S. They were there the next day and had my tenant cooled off. S.O.S. also has the customer’s wallet in mind. They are not going to tell you that you need a new unit if you can still get some mileage out of the one you have.
