One last example of a job well done – S.O.S Air Conditioning had a client who needed someone to come out to his apartment due to a drain line leaking onto the water heater below. He was very upset when he contacted us and setup an appointment. He took a picture of the drain line and sent it to our email, and the following day one of our crew members went out to his apartment to inspect the pipes. All they had to do was redesign the routing of the PVC drain line, take a picture for confirmation, and send it to him. From that moment on, he was another happy customer.
