I hired him for what I thought was a simple replacement of an old thermostat to a new digital thermostat. Since I recently moved into an old house for Florida Standards (circa 1950’s) I should have realized nothing may be simple.

So in the midst of replacing the thermostat, he realized that there were extra wires. Accesses to the attic and fuse box were not currently accessible. T

aking much longer than expected, he remained very calm, cool and collected and managed to complete the job. Although it took at least twice as long as expected, he did not charge me more than the original price.

He is highly professional and I would not hesitate to recommend and refer him to any of my friends, colleagues’ and family.

Recently, we have had too many projects that demanded immediate air conditioning service and your response time and expertise is truly remarkable.

One particular instance was where another subcontractor on the job put a screw hole through a water line which had nothing to do with you were there and it is my understanding that you spent one hour fixing the leak without being asked and never sent me an invoice for your extra efforts.

In this day and age it is a pleasure to work with someone like you. Please set some time aside for me to take you to lunch. I’m holding you to it.
